These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SteamLvls (“SteamLvls”, “we”, “us”, or “the Service”), available at steamlvls.com. By signing in, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SteamLvls is an automated Steam profile leveling service. We raise your Steam account level by sending you Steam trading card sets through a network of trading bots, which you then craft into badges. We also facilitate the buying and selling of trading card sets, TF2 keys, and Steam gems. SteamLvls is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- You must own a valid Steam account in good standing that is not subject to a trade ban, VAC ban, or trade hold that would prevent trading.
- You are responsible for complying with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and all applicable laws.
3. Accounts & Steam Sign-In
You sign in using Steam’s OpenID system. We never see, request, or store your Steam password. We receive only your public Steam ID and the profile information your Steam privacy settings make available. You are responsible for keeping your account, email address, and Steam trade link accurate and secure.
4. Orders & Delivery
- Delivery is automated and occurs through Steam trade offers sent to the trade link on your profile.
- You must have a valid, active Steam trade link and a public game/inventory configuration so that badges and sets can be delivered and read correctly.
- You are responsible for accepting trade offers promptly. Trades may take longer to be accepted during large orders or periods of high demand.
- We are not responsible for delays, holds, or failures caused by Steam, including trade holds, Steam Guard restrictions, maintenance, or changes to Steam’s systems.
5. Payments & Balance
- We accept cryptocurrency, TF2 keys, Steam gems, and in-game skins (where supported), as well as your SteamLvls balance.
- Cryptocurrency and skin deposits are credited to your balance once the transaction is confirmed on-chain or by our payment partner. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct address and network. Funds sent to the wrong network, address, or in an unsupported currency may be unrecoverable.
- Prices, rates, and stock are shown at the time of purchase and may change without notice.
- Your SteamLvls balance has no cash value, is non-transferable, and, except for eligible referral earnings, is not withdrawable.
6. Refunds
- If a trade fails, is canceled, or cannot be delivered, the corresponding amount is automatically refunded to your SteamLvls balance.
- Because cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions are irreversible, deposits that have been credited are non-refundable to their original payment method; they remain available as balance for use on the Service.
- Completed and delivered orders are non-refundable.
7. Referral Program
You may earn commission on qualifying purchases made by users you refer, subject to the rates shown in your profile. Referral earnings are credited to your referral balance and may be withdrawn as TF2 keys or Steam gems, subject to available balance and stock. We may adjust, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or reverse earnings obtained through fraud or abuse, at any time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or with funds obtained unlawfully;
- Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions you authorized;
- Abuse, script, or exploit the Service, its bots, promotions, coupons, or referral system;
- Use stolen accounts, payment methods, or items; or
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
We may cancel orders, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, and may withhold balances associated with fraud or abuse.
9. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not control Steam or its policies. Leveling relies on Steam functioning as expected; changes on Steam’s side may affect availability or delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteamLvls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of items, funds, or account access arising from Steam-side actions, your own errors, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
